Today is Custodian Appreciation Day!! Gardiner has the BEST custodians in the district and we love to show them a little love now and then. Thanks to our incredible staff and family donations we were able to gift them this enormous basket of snacks that should keep them going for a few days. The First Annual Gardiner Middle School Color Run Fundraiser Is HERE!
We're working together to raise $15,000 to support our students, classrooms, staff, and school programs. Middle school can be tough, let’s help make it FUN!
Most years, Gardiner families see 3-5 separate fundraisers. We don't love that - and we don't think you do either. Everyone is busy, running full households and full schedules, and constant asks aren't fun for anyone.
So, our hope is simple: one big, FUN, school-community event, once a year. The Color Run is that one event. One day. One ask. A full year of opportunities for Gardiner students.
The best part? You don't have to run to have fun! Whether you walk, dance, skip, cheer, or simply enjoy getting covered in color, everyone can join in the excitement.

No lunch money needed! OCSD students can receive breakfast and lunch at school at no cost.
A nutritious meal helps students start the day ready to learn and stay focused through the afternoon. Students do not need to bring lunch money or pay at the cafeteria to receive their school breakfast and lunch.

Families are encouraged to talk with students about taking advantage of school meals, which are an important part of supporting student learning, health and well-being.

Parents must create a BusRight account before signing up their child for busing.
After creating an account, you will see a form. This form will ask you to enter your address and if you need busing.
If your child used the bus last school year, you still need to request transportation for the 2026/27 school year.
If you need different transportation for daycare, shared parenting, or other reasons, please provide the address, AM/PM needs, and days of the week.

📣 We have an opening on our Board of Directors — and we're looking for someone who cares deeply about students and our Oregon City community to fill it.
The Oregon City School District Board of Directors guides policy and governance for our schools, serving our community's students. This appointed position runs through June 30, 2027, with regular meetings twice a month.
To be eligible, you must live within OCSD boundaries, be registered to vote there, and have resided in the district for at least one year. You also may not be a current district employee or officer.
